Define the decision for this meeting
A concept review, materials review, and final sign-off need different visual information. Put the open decisions at the top of the agenda rather than overwhelming the client with every view in the model.
Build a repeatable view package
Select one annotated floor plan, key exterior views, and a few interior views that address actual questions. Keep camera heights, labeling conventions, and material choices consistent between options.
Separate design intent from final specifications
Explain which components are placeholders and which details have been validated. A rendered finish is a visualization, not an automatically confirmed product selection or construction approval.
Compare alternatives fairly
Use the same viewing angle and room configuration for each option. Identify cost, schedule, and feasibility assumptions separately so image quality does not accidentally decide the project.
Capture and apply feedback
Write down the requested change, the affected room or sheet, who approved it, and the review date. Save a version before modifying the model and confirm that resulting plan and elevation views remain coordinated.
Practical final checklist
- Save a dated backup or review copy before changing an active project.
- Check information against the relevant current software documentation and local project requirements.
- Test changes on a representative file, then inspect the resulting drawings and exports.
- Record unresolved questions and obtain qualified professional review when the deliverable requires it.
